Susie Poli-Smith is a highly driven, seasoned strategic leader with a proven record of accomplishing and exceeding departmental goals and objectives.

As Vice President of Undergraduate Enrollment and Financial Aid, Susie leads efforts to increase the number of qualified undergraduate students at Northwood.

She leverages nearly three decades of experience recruiting students and managing an enrollment management team.

Poli-Smith brings over seven years of experience as a financial aid director at Lawrence Technological University. In that role, she created a successful athletic awarding model, maintained and managed all university funding including state, federal, all endowment monies as well as university discounts. She was able to assist in the increase of enrollment and reduction of university discounts.
